I swear I haven't been listening to any Buddhism songs or even think about Buddhism in any way!!But today, I had a weird dream. In my dream, I was walking at this vast land. And I came across a place that was supposed to be a cemetery but at that time, I didn't know it was a cemetery until I tripped and fell over and landed on 3 weird looking claypots. And the claypots broke. Inside the pots were human skeletons and I vividly remember one of the skull was broken due to that impact. And I was really scared. The sky turned dark, and I could feel evil around me. I was even more scared... and I was trembling already. I quickly mumbled "namo amitabha" under my breath. And kept rechanting it. Then suddenly the sky gradually turn bright and brighter as if the light shines away and chases away the darkness that was coming. And in that bright light, I saw a huge face. And he had two big round eyes and a happy , smiling face. At that time, I felt at ease and calm... That face had pink cheeks and pink reddish lips that is always smiling. He did not say anything, but his presence there just made me felt so ..peaceful. It was Buddha. I saw Buddha in my dream! And after that, my dream took me to a higher ground where there are rocks and waterfall... and somewhere nearby, there was a temple. A very big one. I was walking towards the temple when I saw a young monk jogging his way towards the waterfall. Many other people (who were not monks) were jogging too. So I followed suit. I jogged beside him and relate my story to him... the story where I saw Buddha. He told me something, but I couldn't really remember what it is. And then, when we were running, we came to an end of a rock and we fell down. But he grabbed my upper arm and we landed without any impact at all. It's as if we're as light as a feather. And then, I woke up. It's such a weird dream right?? -.- Whatever it is, it's a nice dream. Labels: footprints, god |
